This is quite an unorthodox book. And quite surprisingly, they do a far better job that one would expect. It's called “A Certain Ambiguity: A Mathematical Novel” and written by Gaurav Suri and Hartosh Singh Bal. Fortunately, in this case that fear is misplaced, because A Certain Ambiguity succeeds both as a compelling novel and as an intellectual tour through some startling mathematical ideas. I enjoyed Suri & Bal's mathematical novel and I think it's a great vehicle for perhaps due to inadequate proofreading from mathematicians.
